The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports higher education through scholarships and student outreach programs. It is committed to the continued growth of our vital industry, which drives productivity and morale for millions of American workers every day.  

Foundation Vision Statement

The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management Foundation is to be the charitable arm that extends SHFM's workplace hospitality impact from the industry into the community and to its citizens.

Foundation Mission Statement

The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management Foundation enhances SHFM's external presence through corporate foodservice and workplace hospitality career preparation and education support, industry and student networking, and community-based charitable efforts.

The mission of the SHFM Foundation is to provide opportunities and support in the form of scholarships and internships for the next generation of corporate foodservice and hospitality leaders.  

Foundation Bylaws
