From our kitchen to yours, elevate your home cooking LIVE with SHFM’s community of professional corporate chefs in this virtual cooking class. Start the party with our signature summer cocktail, “Wild Thymes & Cool Breezes.” Then, head to the desert in Mesa, Arizona, where Chef Margaret Occhipinti will show you how to wow your guests with the simple art of carving and displaying Italian meats, cheeses and delicious accoutrements we all love to snack on. Finally, jet to the Jersey Shore (Woop! Woop!), where all grills are welcome. Chefs John Ryan and James Mehne, will show you how they BBQ on The Big Green Egg, with the Jersey Shore as their backyard. They'll be joined by MudHen Brewing Co.'s Brew Master, Tony Cunha, who will join in to talk about which beers pair best with what's on the grill. Our host presenters will answer your questions LIVE along the way. Let’s cook together!
