A dynamic panel of workplace hospitality professionals share their insights on the critical role diversity plays in recognizing the value of differences in eliminating systemic barriers to success. Eric P. Stallworth (Moderator)
Head of Diversity, Inclusion, & Equity – People & Culture, North America, ISS Guckenheimer

Eric Stallworth helps shape and lead the ISS's corporate diversity & inclusion strategy. Prior to joining ISS, he was instrumental in leading the global D&I strategic efforts for Kimberly-Clark, American Airlines, Rockwell Collins and Motorola where respectively, he helped to implement and integrate the diversity & inclusion strategy into the corporate business model. Eric also provides consulting and facilitates workshops to university and college students with a heavy focus and emphasis on job placement and corporate integration. He is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and is a member of several professional organizations.

Tony Duckett
SVP/Director of Sales, Vivreau Advanced Water Systems, N.A.
Tony Duckett leads the Vivreau sales and account retention staff. His role includes managing the company’s new acquisition efforts and client retention. Prior to his employment with Vivreau, Tony was Vice President of Sales at Sodexo and Vice President of Sales for Aramark Uniform Service, in Los Angeles, responsible for developing a new go-to-market strategy for the sales organization that integrated the company’s value proposition into their customers’ business goals. By making this change, both Sodexo and Aramark became more than a vendor; they became a necessary and valued business partner to their customer base. Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College in Economics and Business. 
Edward Lo
Vice President of Sales, Volanté Systems

Edward Lo is an experienced, dynamic sales professional born in Toronto, Canada. His distinctive ability to help organizations flourish led Volanté Systems from 12 team members to its current team of over 100 employees. His leadership of the sales and marketing functions have fueled Volanté's appearance on numerous international accolades including Deloitte's Fast50 and Fast500, Growth500's Fastest Growing Companies, EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Small and Medium Business of the Year (Top 3) by CanadianSMB magazine. Edward is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Bachelor of Business Administration program, and is known by his team as the ultimate "Work Hard, Play Hard" champion. He also enjoys CrossFit, clearing the wake on his wakeboard, and attempting to set speed records on the slopes.  
Zee Shami
Culinarian & Owner, ZeeTheCook Culinary Studio

Zee Shami is an award-winning entrepreneur and businesswoman from Metro Detroit where she was born, raised and now serving her community with her growing venture, ZeeTheCook Culinary Studio in Dearborn Heights. Her strong work ethic, positive energy and passion for food + people has led Zee & her team into offering enriching programs where kids, teens and adults can come together to learn how to cook, bake and build relationships in a healthy and safe environment (reclaiming human connection). Zee also contracts with global companies where she provides chef services and team-building opportunities to assist company leaders in building stronger and healthier work environments. She is most proud of her 2 latest awards: "Business of The Year Award 2019 and Women In Business of The Year Award 2020".
Brisbane Vaillancourt
Vice President Operations, Aramark/Lifeworks

Brisbane Vaillancourt has an extensive background in operations, training, openings, research and development, marketing, quality and innovation. She began her hospitality career with Margaritas Management Group, a privately owned, 28 unit restaurant chain for 12 years. During Brisbane's tenure with MMG, she was able to move up the ranks from a server to Vice President of Operations. She was an influential part of helping the organization grow from 15 to 28 restaurants. Additionally, Brisbane was also part of developing a second concept that was introduced in late 2015. In 2016, Brisbane began working with Aramark as a District Manager, leading ten corporate dining clients. In 2018, Brisbane was the recipient of the Aramark Star of Excellence Award and is now a three-year recipient of the SHFM Rising Star award (2018-2021).  In February 2019, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Lifeworks Restaurant Group. Brisbane holds a BS in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
