Charles Adams leads the meat procurement and risk management functions for Tyson Foods and has spent all of his 26 year career in the agriculture, food production and CPG sectors with primary focuses in grain and meat based businesses. Prior to his working at Tyson Foods, he also worked for Hillshire Brands, Sara Lee and ADM in various procurement, risk management and operational roles.

Charles Boger's day-to-day focus is large distributors, large non-commercial customers and K-12. His team is responsible for pricing all value-added poultry that goes through distribution. Charles started at Tyson in 2008 and was a member of the marketing team, focusing on consumer insights and priced prepared foods before moving into his current role in 2015.
