Health & Safety

SHFM will not require individuals participating in the event to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend at this time.
Working in partnership with the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, we intend to deliver a safe event, allowing our attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors to connect, learn and network - while allowing attendees to gather in a spirit of hospitality and safety. In light of that commitment, the health & wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority. SHFM staff will continue to follow CDC & City of Denver COVID-19 mandates to ensure the safety of our staff & guests.
We will update our protocols, if and when necessary, and reserve the right to require vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests should circumstances change where we feel in our judgment these measures would enhance the health and safety of SHFM National Conference attendees.
By participating in this event, attendees acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and additionally acknowledge that SHFM cannot guarantee attendees will not be infected with Coronavirus/COVID-19. Attendees must also comply with all guidelines at the time of the event.  Any new COVID-related updates will be posted on this page.
