Expected Weather
The forecast in Fort Worth averages highs in the 80’s this time in September. Be sure to plan accordingly and check the weather before leaving. Meeting rooms may be cool to some. Layered clothing is recommended.
Business Cards
You'll need plenty of business cards to hand out during the Innovation Showcase hours and many other networking events throughout the conference.

Wallets and Corporate Credit Cards
You’ll want to have money or a credit card on hand as you bid high and bid often at the annual SHFM Silent Auction. The auction raises funds to promote and educate college students on the merits of onsite foodservice and hospitality. The SHFM Foundation develops outreach programs to attract the best college students to the onsite industry, so please support this important cause. Bid High and Bid Often! Click here to donate an auction item!
