Hosted by Aramark, Compass Group and Sodexo

Featured Chef: Dean FearingFearings Restaurant

The word Texas comes from the Native American word tejas, which means “those who are friends.” What a perfect description of our first evening and the Industry Networking Event! This year welcomes Dean Fearing, longtime chef of The Mansion on Turtle Creek and now Fearing’s at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas. Who better to bring an uptown flavor to the menu and recipes that our host chef teams will prepare.

Adding spice to the evening will be the SHFM Foundation’s Silent Auction and Scholarship Showdown.

SHFM Silent Auction
The auction raises funds to promote and educate college students on the merits of onsite foodservice and hospitality. The SHFM Foundation develops outreach programs to attract the best college students to the onsite industry, so please support this important cause. Bid High and Bid Often! Click here to donate an auction item.

SHFM Scholarship Showdown
Sponsored by Mars Foodservices

This year's event will provide another great mentoring opportunity for each student as they work with our corporate chefs during a culinary competition. Attendees will sample the student’s creations and vote on the one they like the most.
